1. Open the G-Suite Admin area

2. Click Apps -> Web and mobile apps”.

 

3. Open “Add app” menu and “Add custom SAML app” menu item:

 

4. Define App name, Description and App icon. Click Continue.

 

 

5. Download certificate file and remember “SSO URL” (we will need it to configure SAML in the Cayzu portal)

 

 

 

6. Setup Service Provider Details by logging in as a Admin in https://portal.cayzu.com and then go to Admin>Advanced>Single Sign On

 

 

Note: 
ACS URL: https://portal.cayzu.com/Account/SamlSsoLoginRespond?domain=<domain*>

 

* domain is the original domain specified when signing up/starting a trial and should not include the brackets (<>).


7. Click Continue.

 

8. By default we don’t need any mapping, so click “Finish” 

 

 

9. Open newly create application

 

 

10. Expand User Access

 

11. Turn ON for everyone and click Save

 

 

 

11. Open Cayzu Agent portal, Admin -> Single Sign On (Agent) -> Select your brand (if more than 1 exists)

 

 

SAML Login URL: paste value of “SSO URL” field from Step 4

Remote Logout URL: paste any URL you want to be redirected on logout

Security Certificate: paste content of the certificate you downloaded in the Step 4

SAML Identifier: paste value of the “Entity ID” from Step 6

 

 

11.Save the data 

 

12. You should be all set!
