Changing the side menu background color (default Purple) text and hover over

By default the side menu of the agent portal is purple (Code #6157d2).  The buttons colors are white (Code #ffffff) and the hover over action color is white (Code #ffffff).  These colors can be changed at the account level so this change will affect ALL agents.

 

 

To change this follow these steps:

 

1-Log in to Cayzu with an administrative account

2-Click the Gear (left menu) 

3-Click Ticket Settings

4-Now select the appropriate color for: Icons, Background color and Hover Over color 

 

 

5. Click Save

 

6- Now log out and back in and your new colors should be updated.
