How to configure SSO for Microsoft Active Directory (AD) using Microsoft Azure AD for the Agent Portal.

1.Open your Azure portal and click “Azure Active Directory”

2. Click “Enterprise applications”

3.Click “New Application“

4.Click “Create your own application” and then type in the application name (Ex: Cayzu SSO App) and click “Create”

5. Click “Properties”, you can change the name of the application (2) and setup the Logo image for the app (3).
Once complete Click "Save".

6. Click “User and Group” (1) and then “Add user” (2), to grant users access to the application 

7. Click “Single sign-on”(1), then select “SAML-based Sign-on”(2)

8. Next click “Edit” on the “Basic SAML Configuration” section:

9. Setup the following fields:

- Identifier  (1) : https://78BD1CAC-DB1F-49E1-9E35-CECF7E4CB69F

- Reply URL (2) : https://portal.cayzu.com/Account/SamlSsoLoginRespond

- Then press button “Save”

11.Make sure that your configurations match the below screen:

13. Make sure that your configurations match the below screen:

14. Click the link “View step-by-step instructions”:

15. Copy the URL (1) to a notepad.  This will be used in Cayzu's Admin portal.  Save the certificate in BASE64 format to your machine by clicking: SAML Signing Certificate - Base64 encoded (2)

16.Log in to Cayzu's portal as an administrator.  

a- Name: Name the connection to something your agents will recognize

b- Choose Agent portal

c- SAML Login URL: From step 15 above  

d- Remote Logout URL: Customize this to a URL that you want your users to land on after logging out

e- Security Certificate: From step 15 above 

f- SAML Identifier : From step 9 above 

17. To verify it works, please navigate to: https://portal.cayzu.com and Click SSO Sign In (1)

18. Enter your domain (1), select SAML SSO from the dropdown (2), Select the name of SSO configuration you created (3), and press Sign In (4):

19. Once you Click "Sign in", you will be asked for your Azure credentials and once entered, you'll be logged into the agent portal.
