If your end user portal is showing a "Your connection is not private/unsafe", it is usually caused by two different reasons; an expired SSL cert or your browser's cache.

The first thing you should check is if your SSL certification is expired.  If it's expired, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk with an administrative agent

2. Click the Gear (left side menu) to access the Admin

3. Click Brands

4. Click on the brand that is having the issue with the connection unsecure message

5. Uncheck "Force End-User portal to use SSL" and scroll down and Click Save

6. Now go back to Brands and Click to edit the same brand again

7. This time, Check the option: "Force End-User portal to use SSL" and scroll down and Click Save

8. Wait a couple minutes and then try the end-user portal URL again.

9. If this doesn't correct the issue, try either a NEW browser, Incognito mode or by clearing your browser's cache.
