How to set a primary language for a contact /user ?

Cayzu allows you to offer multiple language support to your customers through both your end-user portal and through email.  

The first step will be to enable the language(s) for the brand.  Once the language is enabled, three things will happen: 

1-Your end user portal will show the languages drop down for your users/contacts to select.  (Remember you can set a Primary language as well)

 

 


2-Your email templates (Admin>Emails) will show the second option so that you may also refine/translate the email templates for the new language:

 

3-Your users/contacts will now have a drop down for you to choose their primary language when viewing their profiles (Contacts -Left menu).  Selecting the user/contact's primary language will then make that their primary language and all future email templates will be sent in that language.
