Can the reference ID or "Please type your reply above this line" be removed from emails?

Cayzu includes a reference ID for any email that is sent out from the system. The reference ID is used by the system to link ticket responses with the correct corresponding tickets to ensure that the replies go to the correct tickets. Reference ID's can't be removed.
Example of a reference ID: [ref#:57cac1a5-7552-784b:ref]
Cayzu also includes this message at the top of ticket replies: #-- Please type your reply above this line --# . This is also used to parse emails and can't be removed.
