Re-ordering items in a drop down custom field

Cayzu offers a variety of custom fields including a "Drop Down" custom field type.  Each drop down will include a list of selectable items.  To re-order the items in the drop down list, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to Cayzu with an administrative account 

2. Click Admin (left menu) 

3. Click Custom Fields (From the sub left menu) 

4. Select a Dropdown Custom field type from the list or Click Action to create a new custom field

Note: To add a custom field to a form, you'd select "Add Ticket/Form Field"

5. Now add all the items in your drop down by Clicking Edit and/or +Add more to add more items: 

 

 

 

6. Once you've updated a field, ensure that you Click Update: 

 

7. To re-order, simply left Click on the item to Drag and Drop it to get your desired order.

8. Once completed, Click Save at the bottom and the custom fields will now be re-ordered.
