If you run into an issue where your end-user portal WAS SECURE in the past but is NO LONGER SECURE and giving you warnings about security, you could have an issue with your SSL failing to auto renew itself.

Please try the following steps to renew your SSL cert:

.Log in to your help desk with an administrative account

.Click Admin (left menu) and then Click Brands.

.Edit the brand that is displaying unsecure or security warnings for its end-user portal.

.Now un-check the option "Force End-User Portal to use SSL" and scroll to the bottom and save the change.

.Now edit the SAME brand once again from Step 3 above.

.Now check ON the option "Force End-User Portal to use SSL" and scroll to the bottom and save the change.

.After a couple of minutes, please re-try to visit your end-user portal using either a NEW browser or in Incognito mode to avoid any cache that could still be showing the site as unsecure. If your current browser still shows unsecure, try closing and re-opening it and/or clearing your cache.

.You should now be all set!
