Understanding: Automatically Close Pending Customer Ticket After

Cayzu allows your agents to become more efficient by automatically closing tickets AFTER X amount of days IF you don't get a response from a customer on a ticket. 

 

The "X", which is the amount of days to automatically close a ticket, can be customized by you.  This option is OFF by default and can be enabled/disabled following these instructions:

 

1. Log in to your help desk portal with an administrative account

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

3. Click Manage under Ticket Settings 

4. To enable the option, Click ON for this option: Automatically Close Pending Customer Ticket After and SET a number of days.  (the number of days will be used by Cayzu to automatically close the ticket) 

5. Once complete, Click Save at the bottom of the page.

6. Cayzu will now automatically close tickets after the amount of days set in step 4 above.

 

Note: To disable this option, turn the setting to OFF in step 4 above.
