Cayzu Helpdesk allows agents to track the time they spend on a ticket through timesheets. Timesheets are attached to individual tickets and are also available as a consolidated report.
From time to time, it's common for agents to forget to fill in the timesheet when they are closing a ticket. To force agents to enter in time BEFORE they can close a ticket, please follow these steps: Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account Step 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section Step 3. Click Ticket Settings in the side menu Step 4. Turn ON this option: Force time entry before tickets are closed Step 5. Scroll down and Click Save to update the setting. Steps 6. You are now all set. Agents will now be forced to add a time entry BEFORE a ticket is closed.
