How do I Integrate Cayzu with HubSpot?

Cayzu allows you to view extra contact information from HubSpot CRM when the requester's (contacts) email matches the email in HubSpot CRM. 


To enable the integration follow these steps:


1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk portal with an administrative account.

2. Click on Admin (left menu)

3. Click on App Integration.

4. Click ON next to the HubSpot icon.

5. Login to HubSpot using your HubSpot account.

6. Choose an account to connect Cayzu to HubSpot.

7. Agree to connect Cayzu to HubSpot. Click Connect app button

 

You'll be returned to your Cayzu portal. Now when you are viewing a ticket you can click on the HubSpot icon, and it will retrieve information about the contact from HubSpot.

Note: All changes will be available in 24 hours or less.
