Cayzu allows all agents to change the order of their ticket views to make them convenient for each specific agent. To re-order ticket views follow these steps: Steps 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal. Step 2. Click Tickets (from the left menu). Step 3. Click Manage next to View. Step 4. Click Manage (right side) Step 5. Drag and drop your views to re-order them. Step 6. Once complete, click Save to approve the changes.
