How do I enable email attachments to be sent with emails ?

To enable attachments to be sent via ticket emails, follow these steps: 

 

1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account.  

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click Ticket Settings. 

4. Turn ON, Enable attachments in emails:

Step 5. Scroll to the bottom and Click "Save".
