How do I view all Resolved / Closed tickets?

On your main ticket grid, you will see a view called "Recently Solved Tickets". 

 

 

This will hold the last 14 days of Resolved/Closed tickets.

 

 

To see all Resolved/Closed tickets, follow this FAQ: 

 

1-Log in to your help desk 

2-Click Reports

3-Choose the Tickets report (left sub menu)

4-Under Status, choose Resolved and then run the report.
