Can I enable the column "Assigned to" in the End-User Portal?

Yes, Cayzu allows you to turn on the column "Assigned to" in the End-User Portal.


1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account.

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click on Customization Settings (Under End-User Portal Settings)

4. Click the Display.

5. Click ON next to: Display "Ticket Assigned" column in your End-User Portal ticket grid.


Now when your users log in to your End-User Portal, the new column will be displayed.
