How to turn ON after hours email notifications

If you are running a support team that works specific hours (not 24/7) you might want to let your users/customers know that they've reached your support after hours.

Cayzu allows you to automatically send out a different email template WHEN a new ticket is created AFTER HOURS.


To set this up, please follow these steps:

1-Log in to Cayzu as an admin

2-Ensure you have set up your business hours

3-Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

4-Click Emails 

5-Select Requester emails and then turn ON this email template: New ticket for contact - after hours 

6-Once enabled the email will automatically go out to users/customers that submit ticket after your business hours.
