How can I change the default values the custom form is using for hidden fields?

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account
Step 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section
Step 3. Click on Custom Forms
Step 4. Click Edit
Step 5. Find the section that says "Hidden Fields with Default Values"
Step 6. Click Edit value for the field you want to change the default setting for.
Step 7. Makes the changes and click Set and then Save.
