How does BCC work on a ticket?

When you add a BCC on a ticket, any correspondence that is sent from the system for the given ticket will be also sent to the person that is on the BCC list of that ticket.

 

So this includes:

 

  • Any agent email notifications
  • Any agent email replies
  • Any customer email notifications
  • Any customer email replies
