Sorting folders, sub folders & articles (FAQ s) is now available from within the help desk portal.
To sort, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your help desk
2. Click Articles (left menu)
3. Click Manage (on the right from Folders/Subfolders)
4. You will now see a list of all your folders. To re-arrange a folder drag and drop it to change the sorting order.
5. To re-arrange a sub folder or articles, Click into the folder to display all the sub folders. Once complete, drag and drop the sub folder to change the sorting order.
6. To re-arrange an article (FAQ), Click into the subfolder to display all the articles. Once complete, drag and drop the article (FAQ) to change the sorting order.
