To customize the look and feel of your articles (FAQs) by using your own custom style sheet, follow these steps: 

 

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account.

Step 2. Click on the Articles (left menu)

Step 3. Click on Add Stylesheet (menu Actions)

 

Step 4. Insert your stylesheet information, click Save.

 

Note: The stylesheet will be applied to all articles for that brand.

 

Now when you view an article on your end user portal, it will use your stylesheet that you have defined.
