No, Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft word use non-standard coding which makes it not possible to copy and paste images from Outlook/Word directly into Cayzu.

To get around this, you would need to first copy/paste the image into another program and then copy/paste it into Cayzu.

Note: The same is true for trying to copy/paste from Outlook/Word into Gmail as well.  Gmail as well as other help desk competitors also do NOT support this function.
