How can I delete a ticket?

There are two different methods that can be used to delete a ticket.
To delete a ticket from the main ticket grid, follow these steps:
1-From the main ticket grid, choose one or many tickets and then Click Delete from the main grid:
2-Confirm the delete
Note: This CAN NOT be UNDONE
To delete a ticket when viewing a ticket, follow these steps:
1-When viewing a ticket, Click More (The 3 dots) and then Click Delete
2-Confirm the delete
Note: This CAN NOT be UNDONE
