Is there an upload limit for attaching files to tickets?

When attaching files through either the end-user portal or the agent portal, the total size of the attachments is governed by the plan that you are subscribed to.

 

Here is the limit per plan:

 

BASIC1MB
TEAM7MB
PRO50MB
ENTERPRISE50MB
ENTERPRISE PLUS50MB
FREEDOM50MB
