Can I force users to log in before accessing my FAQs (articles/ knowledge base) ?

By default, articles on your end-user portal will be accessible to the public without being required to log in.  To force your users to log in before they can access your knowledge base, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the Agent Portal using an administrative agent account

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

3. Click on End-User Portal Customization Settings - Security

4. Click "OFF" to this option: Folders/sub folders/articles can be viewed without requiring sign in



5. Once checked, you are all set!


You're all set! Users will now be forced to log in before viewing your knowledge base.
