Does Cayzu support scheduled recurring ticket / task creation?

Does Cayzu support recurring tickets like a having a ticket created each month to remind the IT team to check for new patches or run a security scan?

We don’t yet offer recurring ticket creations but many free calendar or external email schedulers, such as the options below, do a good job.  You can set them up to send an email to one of your existing Cayzu mailboxes so they can be assigned to the correct group.

Google Calendar/Office 365 Calendar - Setup a recurring meeting that starts/stops at the same time or shows time as "Free" and have it send an "Email" reminder 1 minute before the start of the "meeting".

For example, you might use your Outlook 365 Calendar to send an email to the “IT” group to run the monthly scan on the first of every month.  You might also have it send another email to the “Facilities” group every six months to go check for burned out light bulbs.
