Can I disable receiving emails when a contact email has bounced?

By default, agents will be notified if an email receives a bounce from our email servers.  

 

To disable this notification follow these steps:

 

1. Log in to Cayzu using an agent account

 

2. Click your name in the top right corner and choose: Settings 

 

3. Click over to the notifications tab and un-check this option:  Notify me on my reply email bounces 

 

4. Click Save at the bottom.

 

5. You're all set! You will not receive these notifications any longer.
