To show counts for all your custom views, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account

Step 2. Select your name at the top right

Step 3. Click on Settings from the pull out menu

Step 4. Scroll down to the bottom and check off the option "Show ticket view counts for custom views"

Step 5. Click Save
