How to enable ticket count (s) for custom views

By default all custom views created on your main ticket grid will not include a ticket count.


To enable the ticket count, each agent will need to follow these steps:

1. Log in to Cayzu Help Desk 

2. Click Your Name from the top right corner and choose Settings

3. Scroll down to the bottom and check on the following option: Show ticket view counts for custom views.  

4. Click 'Save' button to save the change.

5. You're all set!
