Can I track the time I spend on a support ticket?

Yes. Cayzu Help Desk allows agents to track the time they spend on a ticket through timesheets. Timesheets are attached to individual tickets and are also available as a consolidated report (Timesheet Report).


To add a timesheet, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Cayzu help Desk account.

2. Open a ticket.

3. From the 3 dots, Click Add Time or Start Timer* under Time Tracker.


 

4. Fill in the required fields and click Save.

The time log will now be available in the attached worksheet and in the report.


The automatic timer will stop in the following circumstances:

  • When a ticket is updated (Agent clicks Update, Update & Resolve, Send & Update or Send & Resolve).
  • If you navigate from the ticket URL (Move to another ticket, access another section of the help desk etc..).
  • Close the browser that you are using for the help desk.
  • Log out.
