Cayzu provides you with over 20 different ticket related data points plus custom fields that you can either manually or schedule to export.
All manually exported data exports will be emailed to you in either CSV or Excel format while scheduled data exports will arrive in Excel format. To manually export: 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account 2. From the main ticket grid, Click Actions - Export 3. Make your selection and Click Export. 4. A report will now be emailed to you (Usually seconds to minutes depending on data size) To schedule an export: 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account 2. Click Reports (left menu) 3. Now from the secondary Reports menu, Click Schedule an Export 4. Click Actions - Add Schedule 5.Fill in all the details for the data that you want exported 6. Once completed, Click Save. 7. Your schedule is now saved and you're all set to go!
