Can Cayzu automatically email a user when their ticket is assigned to an agent?

Yes, Cayzu can automatically email your user/customer when a ticket is assigned to an agent.

 

This feature is turned OFF by default.

 

 

To enable this feature, follow these steps:

 

1-Log in to your Help Desk with an administrative account

 

2-Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

 

3-Click on Emails

 

4-Click Requester's emails 

 

 

 

5-Turn on this email template: Contact ticket assigned to agent 

 

6-Your users/customers will now receive email notifications when a ticket is assigned to an agent.
