Managing views

Cayzu allows administrators to create and manage views for themselves or all agents in their help desk.  Administrators can choose to hide or edit views as well.

Administrators can also grant view management control to other agents by granting them access through custom roles. 

To manage your views follow these steps or see our Youtube Tutorial:

1. Log in to your help desk Agent Portal using an administrative role

2. Click Tickets (left menu)

3. Click the Manage icon

 

4. You will now be presented with a screen similar to this: 

5. You can now: 

  • Hide default system views for ALL agents
  • Create new private or public (all agents) views
  • Edit default system views for ALL agents
  • Edit custom views for ALL agents or yourself
  • Delete custom views

6. To modify a specific view, hover over it and Click the Edit icon. To Add a View, use the Action menu on the far right

7. Repeat step 6 for any and all views you want to modify/add

8. Done
