How can I force contacts/users to login to submit tickets?

Step 1. Log in to Cayzu help desk Agent Portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

Step 3. Click on End-User Portal Customization Settings

 

Step 4.  Click OFF for "Tickets can be submitted without requiring sign in"

Step 5. (optional) If you would like your users/contacts to NOT be able to register/sign up for your end user portal on their own, also TURN OFF, this option: Allow users to sign up using Cayzu's sign in mechanism. 

 

Now when you browse to your End-User Portal and try to submit a ticket, it will ask you to login to proceed.
