Pre-Condition:
You have signed up for an account with https://www.cookiebot.com and configured your domain and captured the Cookiebot Domain Group ID.
To set up Cookiebot in your Cayzu Help Desk, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk Agent Portal with an administrative account
2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section
3. Click on Apps
4. Click ON next to Cookiebot
5. Paste your Cookiebot Domain Group ID for the brand you want to enable it for and click update
Now Cookiebot will help make your use of cookies and online tracking GDPR and EPR compliant, see: https://www.cookiebot.com/
