How to turn on and edit CSAT customer satisfaction surveys emails

Customer satisfaction has been a long time metric measured by great organizations around the world.

Cayzu has integrated CSAT surveys that can be automatically triggered after a support ticket is closed.

Here is how to set it up:

1. Log in to the Agent Portal using an administrative account.

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click on Satisfaction Surveys.

4. Using the drop down, change the frequency of when you want the survey email to go out to your customer/user after the ticket is closed (immediately or in 24 hours) 

5. Click Save.

6. Now from the side left menu, Click Emails.

7. Now Click Requester Emails and turn ON the Satisfaction survey email template: 

 

8. (Optional) To edit the email, click Edit. The standard email will look like this: (Using your company name and contact name of course) 

 



9. You're all set!
