How can I change the group, product or form that is associated with my mailbox?

To change the Group, Product or form that is associated with your mailbox, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account.  

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click on Emails.

4. Click on Edit for the mailbox you want to change the signature for.

5. Change the Group, Product or Form to use for your mailbox.

6. Save.
