Cayzu Help Desk utilizes Let's Encrypt to provide no cost SSL certificates to our customers.
Each few months, Let's Encrypt requires us to re-issue a certificate to prove that it's still in use. This is done automatically for you and when the action is performed an email will be triggered to you. You can safely ignore these emails as your SSL cert will be automatically renewed for your end-user portal.
