How to set-up your Cayzu Agent Portal (SAML) in OneLogin:

To set up user authentication for the agent portal through OneLogin, please follow these steps: 

 

 

 

Note: Make sure to NOT use/be logged in as OneLogin Account Owner account (Critical as this will not work).  Instead, create other accounts using the OneLogin Account Owner account. 

 

 

 

Note2: Steps in OneLogin are subject to change without notice - Cayzu does not control the OneLogin portal.

 

  1. Login to the OneLogin Web Site.
  2. Hover over Apps Menu.
  3. Select “Add App” from the drop down menu.
  4. Type “Cayzu in the search box”
  5. Click on “Cazyu Agent Portal”.
  6. Click “Save” button.
  7. Click “Configuration” menu item
  8. Enter your Cayzu End User Portal URL. Ex) company.cayzu.com
  9. Enter “portal.cayzu.com”
  10. Click “SSO” menu item.
  11. Click “View Details” under the X.509 Certificate

 

 

12. Copy the certificate information and SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP) URL to a document to be used in your Cayzu Agent portal.
13. Click “Users” menu item.
14. Create the new users.
15. Click “Save” Button.

 

 

Now that you've set up in OneLogin, you will need to finalize the set up in your Cayzu Agent portal.  Follow these steps:

 

 

1. Login to your agent portal 
2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.
3. Click “Single Sign On (Agent Portal)”.
4. Check off “SAML SSO (Single Sign On – Agent Portal”).
5. Fill out all the fields with the information you noted from OneLogin.
6. Click “Save” button.
7. You should now be able to use SAML Login for your Cayzu Agent Portal.
