How can I change time that the PROBABLY RESOLVED status sends out emails?

To change the PROBABLY RESOLVED status to send on a different schedule (default is 7 days), please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account as an administrator 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section 3. Click on Ticket Settings 4. Change the drop down value for: Automatically Close Probably Resolved Ticket After 5. Click Save
All new tickets using the PROBABLY RESOLVED status will now use this new time setting.
