Please make sure you have your SAML server configured.


Steps to enable Simple SSO:

Step 1. Login to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

Step 3. Click on Single Sign On (End-User) or (Agent)

Step 4. Check on "SAML SSO (Single Sign On)"

Step 5. In the SAML Login URL text box, enter the SAML login URL of your SAML server. 

Step 6. (Optional) Enter a Remote logout URL where Cayzu can redirect users after they sign out of Cayzu.

Step 7. Enter the Security Certificate. This is required for us to communicate with your SAML server.

Step 8. Click Save
