Over 99.9% of Cayzu customers use Cayzu's standard terms of use, however a few need a custom license agreement. Cayzu will negotiate custom license agreements only if the contract under consideration meets all of the below criteria:
* Contract is a minimum period of 3 years
* First two years of contract is paid at signing. The third year of the contract is paid at the beginning of the third year.
Why does Cayzu do this?
Cayzu has these requirements because the expensive attorney costs of negotiating custom contracts and the cost of additional employee time causes us to lose money on smaller accounts. This is one way we keep prices low.
Customer Questionnaires:
Cayzu has a published policies like our security policy but sometimes a customer wants Cayzu staff to fill out custom forms such as a security questionnaire or an infrastructure questionnaire. Cayzu will not have staff fill out customer forms unless the contract under consideration meets the "Custom License Agreement" criteria and the potential customer has indicated the financial terms are acceptable.
