If for any reason you need to delete an agent, you can rest assured that all their past history will NOT be lost or deleted.  The only change to the deleted agent's tickets will be that the assignee on the ticket will be pre-faced with: DEL_ .

So for example if you have an agent named Eros Bondy that is assigned to 200 tickets that you have deleted, the 200 tickets will display an assignee of Del_Eros Bondy.
