Yes, Cayzu supports a 24 hour date format clock.
To enable a 24 hour clock, follow these steps:
Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk portal with an agent account
Step 2. From the top right corner, Click on your name and Select Settings
Step 3. From the settings menu, select a Data Format that include: HH (example: dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm )
Step 4. Click Update and you'll be all set!
