Can I have multiple products or brands that use different email addresses?

Yes, Cayzu supports using a different support email address for each brand setup in the system.  All support inquiries coming to those individual emails addresses will all be aggregated into your help desk system (This will save you time from having to log in to multiple different portals).   

 

Each new brand created in your agent helpdesk portal, is assigned its own unique forwarding address .

 

Example:

ABC company owns both ABC shoes and XYZ hats.   Each brand has their own support email address: support@abcshoes123.com and help@xyzhats77.com that they would like to use for their respective clients.

 

To set this up, ABC company would first setup a Setup a secondary brand in the Cayzu Helpdesk system and then configure each brand's forwarding email address
