My agents aren't showing up in the Assignee field. What do I do?

The agent field is governed by the group drop down. This means that depending on the group that is selected when viewing/creating a ticket, only the agents associated to that group will be listed to choose from.  

 

The idea behind this restriction is to ensure that tickets are assigned and created for the correct agent based on the group permissions setup by your Administrator.
