What does: Is Primary, change when editing/adding a mailbox ?

Cayzu allows you to set up multiple email addresses that you can then automate for delivery to certain agents or groups.  

 

Multiple email addresses can be used for many different scenarios including to separate tickets by department (techsupport@yourcompany.com or billing@yourcompany.com) or by product (productAsupport@yourcompany.com or productBsuport@yourcompany.com) etc...

 

When setting up or editing a mailbox we allow you to set the primary email mailbox (Is Primary) that will be displayed when your agents manually create a ticket.
