To find your primary brand Cayzu address (which is required to set up multiple brands/vanity domain) please follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account  

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section    

3. Click on Brands

4. Click Edit on your main brand  

5. Scroll down to "End-User Portal URL" and take note of where Cayzu instructs you to point your CNAME record to.  (In the below example, it's cayzudemo.cayzu.com ) 

Note: If using a vanity domain for your end-user portal, it must be pointed to the PRIMARY Cayzu Brand address which is displayed above. ALL subsequent brands, including the primary, will ALSO BE pointed the SAME PRIMARY CAYZU BRAND.  So in the above example, the PRIMARY brand address would be: cayzudemo.cayzu.com.
