How do I link my Twitter account to Cayzu?

Cayzu Help Desk allows you to integrate with your Twitter account to seamlessly be able to answer your customer's tweets or Direct Messages (DMs) directly from Cayzu Help Desk instead of having to log in to Twitter.
To set up the Twitter integration, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Cayzu portal with an administrative log in.
2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.
3. Click Social Integration.
4. Click Link Twitter Account and then Click Actions, Add Twitter.
5. Now log in to Twitter with your credentials and allow Cayzu to have access to your Twitter Account.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions and Click Save.
7. Cayzu will now have access to your Twitter Account. To test it post a message to your Twitter account using a different Twitter account.
