Yes, to convert a support ticket into an article follow these steps: 

Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu Help Desk portal 

Step 2. Select and open a ticket from the main ticket grid

Step 3. Click MORE to reveal its drop down menu and Click Article

 

Step 4. Follow on screen instructions to create the article

 

Click Save when done to publish.
