To change the HTML for emails, follow these steps.

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

Step 3. Click on Emails

Step 4. Click edit next to the email template you would like change.

Step 5. Click View HTML button.



Step 6. Change the HTML and click update.
